1️⃣ How the App Works

• The app works without an internet connection, except when accessing the PassMaroc Store. 
• Account creation is required to use the app. 
• Camera access is required to take photos. 
• Local storage (e.g., photos) is used to create visits on your device. 
• No external servers are used; only a local JSON database is stored on the device. 
• All features run locally on the user’s device. 

2️⃣ Locally Stored Data

The app may store limited data locally on the user’s device to ensure proper functionality and improve user experience, such as:

• App settings
• Language or display preferences
• Internal usage data (e.g., saved progress or selections) 
• Health sheet data stored on the device for emergency use 

🔒 This data:

• Is not transmitted to any server 
• Is not shared with any third party 
• Is not backed up externally
• Is automatically deleted when the app is uninstalled 

3️⃣ Personal Data

The app may process limited user data locally on the device only, including:

• Account-related information (created and stored locally) 
• Photos taken using the camera
• User-generated content (e.g., visits) 

🔒 This data:

• Is stored only on the user’s device 
• Is not transmitted to any external server 
• Is not shared with third parties 
• Remains under the user’s control

PassMaroc does not collect or store user data on remote servers.

4️⃣ Permissions

The app requires the following permissions:

• Camera: to take photos
• Photo Gallery / Storage: to create visits and manage photos 

5️⃣ Internet Usage

• No data is transmitted externally. 
• No synchronization or tracking occurs. 

6️⃣ Ads & Third-Party SDKs

• The app contains no advertisements. 
• No tracking tools are used. 
• No analytics services (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics) are integrated. 
• No third-party SDKs that collect data are used. 

7️⃣ Data Sharing

❌ No data is shared with third parties
❌ No data is sold or exchanged
 ❌ No external entities have access to user data

8️⃣ Data Security

• All data is stored locally within the app’s secure sandbox. 
• Other apps cannot access this data. 
• Users are responsible for securing their own devices (screen lock, passwords). 

9️⃣ Children’s Privacy

• The app is suitable for all age groups. 
• It does not collect data from children. 
• Fully compliant with Google Play Families Policy and Apple App Store Children guidelines. 

🔟 Changes to This Policy

If future updates introduce features that require data collection:

• This policy will be updated
• Users will be clearly informed
• Explicit user consent will be required before activation
